Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times

Because we source products from multiple partners to bring you the best selection, shipping times vary by product:

US-warehouse items: 3-7 business days

International-warehouse items: 7-15 business days

Mixed orders: Items may arrive in separate packages at different times

You'll see the estimated delivery window for each product on its product page. If an item doesn't specify, expect 5-10 business days for delivery.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time by clicking the link in that email.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. We're working on expanding — stay tuned.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, holidays, etc.). If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, email support@petgroveco.com and we'll track it down for you.
